    Been with this RBC branch for some time, staff are great, they can help and take the time to explain things if you are not sure about something.

    Great helpful people although you're always in line for a long time. Phone in for appointments keep you on hold for 15 to 20 minutes.

    No matter when I come for business or personal banking I'm gurenteed to spend a good 15 to 20 min standing in line.
