  They took care of the insurance side and difficulty with the repair shop, all very pleasantly and efficiently. Even when I returned the vehicle, I didn't have to go outside in the rain to do the inspection. They did, and came in with a smile, "It's just perfect!"

  Not impressed thatv the cars where not equipped to go pass Hope ( with new tire law effective Oct 1 2017) .Had to cancel holiday and lost money on vacation rental THANKS TO HERTZ NOT BEING UP TO DATE ON SAFETY STANDARDS!!!

  My daughter's and I desperately needed a van on Friday because ours broke down on the highway. Even though we arrived at the very end of the day the woman (sorry I'm bad with names) went out of her way to help us. When we went back to drop off the van the next day the young gentleman was very friendly and knowledgeable in dealing with my transaction. Thank you for going out of your way in providing service to my family and I!

  Top notch customer service. They sped me through the painful process of renting-through-insurance after an idiot rammed my own car, and it had to spend several days in the shop.

  Had a car reserved so my dad wouldnt have to bike to work, call them in the morning they told us they dont have any cars in at the moment so they cant help us and that we have to wait, isnt the whole point of the reservation so we dont have to wait ? ... Terrible customer service i would recommend you going to a different rental company

  This rental experience was almost like a mini-vacation after the horror of the accident. Super clean, very nice vehicle, and pleasant treatment from the staff.

  I'd left my Brita bottle in the vehicle, and when I came back, it was sitting on the counter rather than having to ask someone to scrounge through a dirty Lost and Found box, as is so common.
