  Big location so there's lots of options if you're doing a casual shopping trip. Staff were very friendly.

  When I stepped into Penningtons I was greeted by a friendly staff and they worked with me to look at some options. I ultimately settled on a gift card, but the experience was fantastic and helpful!

  I went into the Penningtons in Cottonwood mall and the blind lady with the blue shirt (today is Aug 3) was incredibly rude to me. I went up to the front counter to get a gift card for my mom. I made eye contact and smiled at her when I went up to the counter, she just looked at me and went back to what she was doing. Finally she came over, went behind the counter terrorism and just stared at me again. I said 'hi can I get a gift card's . She said 'yup there right over there' . I grabbed one and put on the counter and she said ' how much' . I told her and she just gave me the gift card back no thanks no nothing. I walked out so annoyed. I usually to the Abbotsford location, I'm thinking I should just stick with that location they are WAY more friendly.

  I came in like a bat out of hell. 1 day away from my girlfriend's birthday. Admittedly I had done a lot of thinking about what I wanted to get her, but left it to the last minute in classic fashion.
