    Fairly disappointing if you are looking to buy something the same day you get there. IE - you can buy a TV, pick it up, take it home, but you have to wait days for the stand to arrive because it's in a central warehouse in Richmond? Seems a bit ridiculous that you have to wait for stock to be shipped to take it home. Prices are good, but the waits to eat something home are annoying.

    I bought a $200 pillow “guaranteed” to help me sleep, I woke up after 3 hours awith a stiff neck and a headache. No refund. No instore credit. I was talked into the pillow when I purchased a mattress and truly believed I could return it. Absolutely worst customer service ever!

    The initial experience is good but if you have any sort of problems or need to return something the service is ridiculous. You have to really fight to get good service here. My husband and I refuse to ever shop at the Brick again.
