  Excellent service, no need to ask for help as it's always offered. They clearly strive to go above and beyond, which is extremely helpful when you are finishing your basement!

  If I could rate in the negatives I would! Every purchase that I've made in the last 2 years has been a nightmare!! I will never step into a home depot as long as I live! I've been "compensated" (if you can call it that) on another puchase in the past. Coming from the head store manager, "that's the best we can do", should never be a response. Home Depot you have lost my business, my family's business and I will always speak horribly about your store!

  I always love going to this particular home Depot. the staff are always friendly and the hiring Staff have shown to give everyone an opportunity for employment regardless of disability which really warms my heart. I cant say enough positive about this location.

  Store staff are friendly but online purchase delivery is sucks. They just putting the item in front of your door without letting you know or calling, it's not safe. I tried to talk to the manager and she said "that's the way it is" very rude. Yesterday i tried to post a review on Home Depot side, they send me a e-mail that said (Thank you for submitting a review on HomeDepot.ca. We’ve read it and we appreciate your desire to contribute. Unfortunately, we can’t publish your review because it doesn’t meet all of our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and hopefully we’ll be able to publish your next review!) Thank you home Depot.
