  I work hard for my money and luckily enough there are many, many quality physiotherapy businesses in both Chilliwack and Abbotsford that one can choose from where you, your time, your injury and your money are of value and concern to all employees of that business.

  That being said, I believe a service company or businesses true representation of quality and professionalism begins at their front line, namely their reception and booking staff in the front office.

  Not everyone in the front office has poor customer service skills but those that do (young women specifically) have some of the poorest customer service skills I have encountered in my 42 years.

  The majority of the physiotherapists at Fraser Valley Physio (mine included) were and are skilled at their jobs and provide adequate and for the most part, friendly service.
