    I only go here for the baconator lol but its good. The wait isnt crazy long and the food is fresh. Only once did i have a complaint with them and it was resolved in a timely manner.

    I've never had a more unorganized, frustrating customer service experience. Staff think a 4 person order is "too complicated for the window". To attempt to fix the order, the manager gave us extra of what we had ordered instead of attempting to give us what we were lacking. The customer service was lackluster at best due to their uncaring nature. They were very much in the mindset of "just get to the next customer". The unfortunate part is that this type of service has happened before to other members of my family and still has not improved. We will not be returning to this Wendy's until they hire staff who actually care about their customers.

    Great service! I got a three patty burger but then they recommended a "secret menu" option called a "Grand Slam" which has 4 patties! Loved it, thanks again guys! Didn't know you had a secret menu!

    Drink machines didn't work ,just opened so I give them aheads up ,really wanted a drink ,should inspect everything, there was no soap in dispenser in men's bathroom. Other then that the food was excellent and very clean.
